“Sunny is a project management fanatic, Omnifocus bootstrapper and jack of many trades. Job search, business planning, social media, fencing, nutrition, environment, farming, psychology and intelligence gathering are among some of the skills he has. A renaissance shinobi for hire.“
In addition, Sunny is the owner of Sunny Lam Associates Consulting an entrepreneurial outfit to help people plan their next moves, work smarter and find the job of their dreams. He primarily works with small businesses and nonprofits to get them off the ground and running — offering support to help them along as needed. Tools he provides includes productivity tools, job search software, research techniques, online communications tools, web sites and other net tools that people really should be using and have yet to find.
Sunny also has extensive experience writing hundreds of hours worth of resumes and cover letters while providing hours more of interview coaching.

My Team Members
This includes both former and current team members. No distinction is made usually.
Ailee Ho
Ailee is a skilled environmental engineer with exceptionally strong project management skills. Her research skills in the technical field are second to none (in my eyes anyway). She was a key person in helping to write “FoodCycles Environmental Services Report 2009″.
In addition to her professional experience she trains hard to be the best in tai chi and kung fu martial arts.

Roxine Plummer
A native of Mississauga, Ontario, Roxine is a graduate of McMaster University where she studied Geography with a specialization in Geographic Information Systems to pursue a career in urban planning. Her plans immediately changed in her senior year after having observed the social stratification of rich and poor classes on her field trip to Los Angeles. Alarmed at neighbourhoods riddled with crime and poverty, she adopted a new worldview as her passion and love for humanity grew.
She now aspires to be a leader in public service where she can advance public interest and bring about the possibilities of transformation to some of the world’s most brutal realities. She believes that no other career can be more rewarding than serving the community and the world. The public service chose me, she states. Almost every job that I’ve ever had has been in the helping profession, and I realize now that during those times, I was truly happy.
Apart from interning with Sunny Lam Associates Consulting, Roxine is an active member of Amnesty International Canada. Roxine enjoys travelling, graphic design, watching movies, strumming her guitar, discovering new music, and writing poetry in her free time.

Veronica Owens
Veronica is outgoing and helpful. She conducted some great interviews for researching the report “Alternative Local and Organic Food Distribution Mechanisms 2009 Online Farm Retail and Distribution Systems.” Always a keen one she’s moved on to bigger and better things with Ecovert, sustainability consultants.
